What are the Cinesa Terms & Conditons

Gift cards can be used to purchase movie tickets, popcorn meals, and other concessions. The card is redeemable at the box office, the concession stand, and kiosks in the cinema, as well as for online purchases at www.cinesa.es. Valid at any Cinesa cinema (see cinema listings at www.cinesa.es). Non-reloadable.

Cinesa reserves the right to temporarily limit the use of the card in the event of fraudulent use. In case of loss or theft, the card will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. This card cannot be exchanged for credit or cash and cannot be returned or resold (except where required by law).

This card expires one year from the date of purchase and activation. Upon expiration, any unused balance cannot be recovered. See terms and conditions at www.cinesa.es.
