RechargeHamster  Giveaway Contest – Official Rules

By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS CONTEST. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW.

The territory for this Promotional Program encompasses only the European Union and Switzerland.

2. Sponsor

This Contest is sponsored by 4All Levels, on behalf of itself and its affiliates, with its office address at Spinnekop 2, 1444 GN Purmerend, the Netherlands (hereinafter “4ALL” or “Sponsor”).

3. Eligibility

You must be a resident of one of the countries within the Territory and eighteen (18) years of age or older to be eligible to participate.

This Contest is open to individuals only. No team, corporate, or institutional entries are permitted.

Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective contractors, service providers, and professional advisors connected with this Contest, as well as members of their immediate families and/or households, are NOT eligible to enter.

4. Entry Period

The promotion takes place until Sunday, December 14, 2025.

5. How to Participate 

Participation in the Giveaway is through the Mailinglist Form on the RechargeHamster website

All valid entries submitted during the promotion period are eligible to win prizes.

6. Judging

There will be a total of 1 winners.

The winner will be announced latest on Friday, December 19, 2025.

4All Levels judges have the sole authority and discretion to select winners, and all decisions of the judges are FINAL. By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by those decisions.

7. Prizes; Odds of Winning

The prizes for this Contest are as follows:

  • 1x RechargeHamster-voucher of €100

Prizes are not assignable or transferable.
Brand and model of prizes are subject to change by 4All Levels at any time for any reason, with substitutions of equal or greater value.
4All Levels is not responsible or liable for prize distribution once prizes are shipped or electronically delivered to the winner.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Announcement

Within five (5) days following the Friday, December 19, 2025, winners will be notified by 4All Levels via email or direct message.

To claim the prize, the winner must, within seven (7) days:

  1. Confirm receipt of the notice by replying via email or direct message; and

  2. Complete, sign, and return a winner release form and any other required documentation provided by 4All Levels.

Within four (4) days after receiving all required documentation, prizes will be sent electronically to the winner’s email address by info@4alllevels.com.

If a winner fails to respond, complete forms, or accept delivery, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible entrant.

9. Privacy

By entering, you expressly consent to 4All Levels’ collection, processing, and use of your personal data in connection with this Contest.

10. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or government charges related to the receipt or use of prizes.

4All Levels reserves the right to withhold such taxes where required by law.

11. Agreements by Entrant

By entering, you acknowledge that 4All Levels and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for:

  • Late, lost, stolen, corrupted, or misdirected entries

  • Errors or omissions in entries

  • Technical malfunctions or communication failures

  • Damage to computer systems or data resulting from participation in the Contest

Any entry that violates these Official Rules will be void.
Entrants consent to 4All Levels’ collection and use of their personal information for purposes related to administering and promoting the Contest.

12. Reservation of Rights by Sponsor

4All Levels reserves the right, where permitted by law, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if technical issues, fraud, or other factors compromise its integrity.

Any attempt to damage or disrupt the Contest will result in disqualification and may result in legal action.

13. Governing Law; Jurisdiction

These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Each entrant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
