Check that the code has not already been used. A code can only be activated once.

What is a Steam gift card and how do I use it?

A Steam gift card (or Steam wallet card) is an easy way to add funds to your Steam wallet to purchase games, software, hardware or any other item available on the Steam platform.

Using your code is easy:

In the top menu, click on your Account name (next to Community, your nickname) and then on "Account details".
